How to tell if you like wine

Drink (not taste, not speedfuck) the 2005 Brégeon Muscadet (the recent bottling).

It's one of those great wines that I could drink every day, want to keep for three or more decades, and want to buy more of. I'm struggling to remember the last time a wine moved me this much.

Thanks for the comment, it sounds quite interesting.

I am a noob here, and I imagine this is known by everyone already, but just so i'm clear - you are a partner in business that represents this producer correct?

Yes, this is known by everyone already, and he imports them because he loves them so. BTW, he means the 03.

2005, bottled in March this year. My partners and I are indeed responsible for the wine being in Singapore. I'm also a shill for Guy Bossard, Marc Ollivier and the Luneau-Papin family, if that helps.

Nice portfolio, Yixin, but why only Muscadet? Your favorite Riesling producers already taken?

We have plenty of Riesling as well. And Savennières. Oh, and maybe some reds, too. From using to slinging, who knows what's next?

Maybe best to stop there. It's not so easy making the stuff yourself.

-Eden (or maybe you're already involved in the leveraged buyout of Leroy)

Do you ship to Canada?

Eden - I worked in vineyards a decade ago. I'm (just about) self-aware enough to know that I wouldn't be a very good winegrower. Summer pruning and weeding is exhausting and difficult to do well.

Jeff - we don't currently ship to Canada, but you are most welcome to visit us in Singapore, and soon other places in East Asia. There's no good opera here, though.
