Fair to say this is a one-note wine at this point but it's a most beautiful note. Tastes like Truchot made a Jura wine. The color is actually so clear it could make a Truchot look inky in comparison.

Chambers Street says it's freedom pie. You can recognize it by the sinfully ugly label which looks like the packaging for a box of cigarettes, with the surgeon general's warning nearly as prominent as the brand.
 
I was looking at that the last time I was there and walked away with a Texier St. Julien Alban instead. It's at the top of my list for my next visit.
