NWR: Flatbreads

I'm making some sourdough chickpea starter and want to experiment with Indian-style flatbreads. Are there any favorite recipes or books in the community?

Then this seems to work pretty well. Other flatbreads have proved trickier for me to duplicate in a home kitchen but I suspect that has more to do with my electric stove and poor pan choices.
