Thanks, Don. This reminded me of the fencing between Jacqueline and Jim Budd when Jim railed against Baumard's use of cryoextraction in their QdC and Jacqueline rallied to their defense. Maybe she requires a knock in the middle of the night.
 
So her skyrocketing opinion of Sauvignon Blanc coincides with her publication of a book on the region that produces it?

Cryoextraction!? I have paid little attention to Baumard in the last ten years or so, having given them up for lost. But even so, I am shocked. Cryoextraction in the Quarts de Chaume? It makes no sense.

why wouldn't it make sense? Cryoextraction has been used in Sauternes.
