I have an opportunity to pick up a few bottles of this for cheap, and I know the provenance (as well as providence) is good.
Anyone have any idea on longevity with this stuff? I live in NYC, but my cellar is in Seattle. I only make it back a few times a year, and wouldn't want to pick up the whole allotment I can get unless it's going to last for the next 4 or 5 years.
I would imagine, based on my past Montbourgeau Special experiences ('06, '04), that this could very possibly be a 20-year wine, but wanted to to hear what others think.
