Cappellano 2009 Dolcetto "Gabutti" is a tannic monster, even after being open for 3 hours. Well able to stand up to chicken stew and, later, the crunchiest and saltiest of pretzels, this seems like wine for a few years from now, not tonight. What happened to a lithe, light table wine?
