Glass stoppers

Have there been any long-term aging studies on these? Any of my fellow proletariat have some words of wisdom?

I was drinking '04 auction Spatlese, Schloss Vollrads while watching the Republicans get their collective head handed to them. The wine is definitely built for the long haul, but I'm not sure if it'll be a wise move to age my remaining bottles for 10+ years.

Not aware of any studies, though I bet there are some hiding in Austria.

Why not lay down one or two just to see. It's only Schloss Vollrads. I'm laying down wines under Vino-Lok from Kerpen (spatlese and auslese) and Salomon (Riesling and Gruner Veltliner) to enjoy over time.
