'07 Dry Stack Sauvignon Blanc, Rosemary's Block, Bennett Valley, alc 14.8%...nose is intense and reminds me of hard lemon candy....the palate follows with sweetness...limoncello-esque...with a mouth coating texture....the acidity has softened significantly from release...not sure time was kind to this ....an overall "big" style of a grape that often benefits from finesse and a lighter touch...
