2008 Naveran Dama Cava, 80% Chardonnay, 20% Parollada...~$12....nose shows a little yeast....the mousse and mouthfeel are soft, creamay and pleasant with the slightest hint of sweetness and lemon juice....the bubbles are tiny....aged on it's lees for 24 months....
