Last night, with cpe ravioli, I opened:

2005 Domaine Laleure-Piot Chorey-ls-Beaune "Les Champs Longs" - What a dirty little wine! The nose was pungent with dark cherries and earth, and on the palate, this deeply colored, rustic wine was earthy, with underbrush, leaves and dirt. Deliciously impudent.

Never heard of this producer before, and I wish I could remember where I got this, because I would definitely buy it again.

Great line. But if they're ravioli, shouldn't they be filled with porcini?
