Thanks to Jeff, I just read the Didier Barrouillet interview. I'd like to think he makes such good wines because he's such a voice of reason. It's not just his take on Biodynamics, but on natural wine and on almost any other category of thought that is currently getting in the way of thought. Alas, probably being a voice of reason is no more categorically related to making good wine than any of the other categories.
