I'd be tempted to visit Graci. I've been really excited by a number of the wines I've tasted over the last couple years. Quite different than a lot of producers mentioned above.

Spending four days down around Ragusa & Modica. Any further information on La Moresca or any other do/don't suggestions?

In Modica eat at a place called La Locanda del Colonnello (about 10 meters off the main square in town, down the ally way on the left). Really good food, great wine list.
Lamoresca wines are very special. A visit would be cool though Filippo is right in the middle of nowhere Sicily. If you plan on passing by there i can help organize a visit if he's around.

We are going to Sicily in September. Mostly staying between Noto and Ragusa.
