Yesterday:

Edmunds St. John 1995 Syrah "Durell Vineyard" - upon opening tastes more like Robitussin than Robitussin; it's easing up with air but going very slow; need more wine

Dauvissat 2000 Chablis 1er "Forest" - 375 ml, poxxed

Dauvissat 2000 Chablis 1er "Forest" - another 375 ml, a little better but, with air, shows the pukey caramel of the pox

Mosse, Agnes et Rene 2009 Anjou "Rouchefer" - young wine, slightly sweet, not completely fresh (I know, I know), but good

I put half the ESJ away and I'll try it again tonight.
