Revel. Revel? Revel.
I don't really know if this is a trend elsewhere in our Nation, but here in Jet City, people seem to like to name eating establishments with active oriented words (either nouns or verbs, but generally can be either) that don't have any meaningful connection to anything. Revel. Crush. Crash. Pair. Joule. List.
Does this happen elsewhere in the Nation? Are we too far from the centers of knowledge?
Just for kicks, I drew some words from a recent speech by a prominent person interested in being the leader of the free world: Confess. Convert. Capture. Crisis. Power. Desire. Block. These too might be good restaurant names, for those uninspired.
Revel. It is quite good. It is fairly cheap. Sit at the counter. It is loud and hot. The food is excellent and "urban style Korean comfort food". Two of us porked out, BOO ($15) - 99 Weinbach Pinot Gris CdCapuchins/Catherine, with tip and tax
