The other 2009 Savennières which is behaving like this, oddly enough, is Coulée de Serrant. Which is really funny (as in splitting sides and aching bellies).

Sorry to hijack, but Yixin, have you had the 2007 recently, and do you think it can age as well as the 'old' ones?

Couple of months ago (disclaimer: I import the wines for the Singapore market). It's fine now, not as shut down as other 2007s but still tight on the palate. I think it will age quite well, although it is not my favourite of the recent vintages. For what it's worth, I think Virginie's hand is clear from the 2008 vintage onwards.
