Speaking of wines that are in at Chambers the 2010 Thomas Labaille Mont Damne has been drinking really well over the last 3 nights.

Even held up to a steak though it did better with some luscious salmon cooked sous vide.

Yes it just hit and I am all in! Even though you have to buy a minimum of 6 bottles each of 12 different other wines to get the Ploussard I am still all in.

I got allocated 2 teaspoons but if I buy 3 cases of Marcassin I was promised my allocation might double next year.
