Nanjing Recommendations?

I'll be teaching in Nanjing for several weeks this spring. Does anyone have any recommendations for food, restaurants, or other things to do there? It's probably a long shot, but I'm always impressed by the range of knowledge here. Thanks.

It's a pretty nice city by Chinese standards. I've only ever been on business trips but I'll look through my notes and let you know.
