Yet another bottle from my Aug/winegirl cache, opened tonight with a light dinner of salad, smoked salmon and bread. Muscadet of the mountains, indeed! A bit oxidative (detect a theme here?) but mineral-laden, slightly saline and with some citrusy goodness. Tasty and quite slurpable, a nice way to cope with weather that's just gone below freezing here.
