I'm not very good at tasting notes, but here goes:

2011 Arnot-Roberts Rosé Luchsinger Vineyard, Clear Lake
I think that the fuchsia on the label is the best description of this wine, my first rosé made from Touriga Nacional. It is elegant and delicate with an assertive personality. $20.00

2009 Ryme Cellars Ribolla Gialla Vare Vineyard, Napa
I just like saying the name of the grape. It reminds me of the kind of girl I wanted to date in high school but wasn’t interested in me. This wine really came out as it warmed up in the glass. We started drinking it with olives and other appetizers, but it really started to shout with the spinach salad with oranges and almonds. $31.00

2008 La Clarine Farm Home Vineyard
Grip, like the handshake of a farmer. It was very shy at first, but slowly came alive over the course of the meal. We drank it with a pumpkin/sage/walnut baked pasta dish and kept drinking it through the dark chocolate course. around $20.00

Like your notes, and this wine, and did you and me go to the same school?

Brad,
What is the La Clarine Farm made of?
Best, Jim

Jim,

I believe that it is a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, Tannant, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
I have also really enjoyed the 2010 La Clarine Farm Cedarville Mourvedre. It is lip-smacking good!

Best,

Brad
