That means NYC only got about half the different wines the guy makes, yes?

Dude needs to get some more vineyards and combine a few barrels.

I am learning that Pacalet might have an equal number of bottlings.
But even more expensive!

1. I didn't see the Grusse en Billat. The rest are the ones that I saw.
2. My Pacalet faith was never shaky, but an '07 C-M 1er this week (opened b/c i found it before I could find the '07 Pi that SFJoe asked about) might make me absolutely fanatical. So utterly beautiful, lithe and light on the tongue; flavors of red, just ever so slightly sour and mouth-watering, fruit and clean earth filling the mouth and my whole head. I was besotted; and then the bottle was empty and I was tipsy and grinning. Even if also sad that the bottle was gone.

I'll have what he's having. (Wipes brow.)

The joys of carbonic burg, terroir effacement be damned. Glad I picked up some during the recent Chambers blowout...

Tipsy and grinning, as a state, isn't so hard to come by, you know.

You 'da Man! These things keep selling out when I go to pull the trigger. Itchy fingers indeed.

My recent email says that some wines are still in the market.
