Jazz Fest and Wine

Heading to Jazz Fest on 4/25. Haven’t been to NOLA since Katrina. Also haven’t been to Jazz Fest as a fan, worked it many times during my road days but now I’ll have a chance to hang.
Any recommendations for wine shops and not-so-trendy restaurants with interesting wine lists?

Thanks!

Cochon & Herbsaint are really good. Po'boy's at Mahoney's. Casamento's fried oyster po'boy is pretty great. August (free corkage) and Stella are the higher end places, but Besh has a place called Luke that is suppose to be good. Brunch at Dooky Chase. Willie Mae's for fried chicken.

Here good things about St. James Cheese Shop and Martin's Wine Cellar for wines.

I second Cochon and Mahoney's.

Coquette is very good too and well worth a try.

Don't forget cocktails at: Cure and Arnaud's 75 (bartender Chris Hannah is fantastic) -- among the many other cocktail places.
