NWR: Frank

Florida Jim

Florida Jim
My friends and I gathered today; on my 65th birthday.

We did not come to celebrate for me but rather, for Frank.
He was our friend and he died of pancreatic cancer last week; his service was today. So we came together to celebrate his life.
I had the pleasure of doing business with him and also seeing him socially. As with most of the people I practiced with, he was bright, charming and erudite and had a wonderful sense of humor.
But from him, it boiled forth unrestrained. I envied him that.
He was successful, had a lovely family and, judging by the turn-out for the service, a large number of friends. And every time I saw him, he had a smile on his face. He was 51.

Young, old; just words.

Best, Jim

Jim, Sad losses among valued friends/relatives are becoming more commonplace with advancing age.

Sincere condolences!

. . . . . Pete

Sorry for your loss, but glad he was worthy of such fond remembrance and was able to shine such good humor upon your life.

Best, John
