Stephen South
2004 Domaine du Pegau, Cuvée Réservée, alc 14%....
with ground curried lamb burgers with charred chipotle peppers, raita, fresh tomatoes, on pita...opens with a little poop but fairly restrained.....simply delicious....rich, sweet, dense and just wonderful...the sweetness on the finish is wonderful...one of the best young Pegau wines that I have had

That's great to hear. I have two of these bottles which are birth year wines for our son. It sounds like I could open one up for a birthday in the not-too-distant future.

The '08 is a beauty as well. I tried a sample a few weeks ago. Definitely in the '04/'06 style, and at a price I haven't seen since the '99.
