Wow has this changed faces. I initially commented on how this is a nice aperitif wine. Not any more, this is just firing on all cylinders. Serious notes of washed rind cheese and smoke. The nutty flavor on the palate is embraced by a leathery texture that has really only been noticeable in this bottle. If you have any of this left give a bottle a whirl it is in an amazing spot. A- for weirdness!
