Paris Dinner Recommendations?

Hello all! Haven't checked in for a while, but I get one night off in Paris alone with my beloved wife later this week and I suspected that I could get some help here. Where should I take her to dinner?

The ideal choice would:

- have a great by the glass wine list

- be in the 11th, 3rd, or 4th, or if not than in one of the arrondissements neighboring those

- allow you to get out for not too much over 100 euro per person (less is fine as well)

and of course be somewhere enjoyable to eat as well.

If anyone would like to display their Parisian restaurant acumen and help me out at the same time it would be warmly appreciated.

In summer? That's a lot of food in the heat.

Rino is nice, but call ahead. They speak English and are friendly.

Le Galopin

Les Trois Seaux (more informal)

Retro Bottega

Le Dauphin

You should check if your chosen restaurant is open, however. Many are already closed for summer.

Le Galopin was really quite excellent. Thanks.

Repaire de Cartouche (which caused our hosts almost to come to blows with one another debating its merits!) and Au Passage were alas closed for the season.

After finding those two closed we ate another place instead that was OK, very traditional, good list, could have been very good if it wasn't 38 C inside and the reds at similar temps. I will find the notes some other time but the 1982 Armagnac I'm drinking currently needs more attention.

Eu pratte!
