Instead of writing about a very small number of restaurants that have thoughtful lists of unique wines in places like Williamsburg why don't these writers investigate why it is nearly impossible to drink anything other than industrial Chardonnay, Pino Grigio, Cabernet, Merlot and Pinot Noir in 1,000s of restaurants in the U.S. (they could start with Airports!)

If they could use their investigative journalism skills and persuasion so I could get a good glass of wine in any Airport or on an Airplane I would be very happy.
