I am off on a little business trip and I have to treat this "what's in your refrigerator" business very literally, because this is all that I have access to for a while, and as much as I could carry. How did I do?

2010 Pinon Trois Argiles

unfriendly on first opening, gorgeous after an hour or so and on day 2, but surprisingly high in alchohol content (based more on effect than on listed number).

Do please report on that. I have not opened any '05 donnhoff since just after release....

Kirk, I finally got around to this. It has barely budged and is still incredibly primary, so there is clearly no rush to open your bottles of '05 Donnhoff. That said, after a hint of sulphur blew off, it was still elegant and delicious and I have no regrets about drinking it.

Good to know. Sort of where one would expect it to be. Thanks Michael. I have high hopes for these starting in about 3 years and continuing -- warning haters -- for decades.
