Barbadillo Manzanilla En Rama Saca de Verano

I got a few 375mls of this from Crush. I think it is amazing stuff; crisp and salty; fresh and yet deep and long; really better today than when i opened it last night. amazing with a quick grilled sandwich of jasper hills cheddar and La Quercia acorn coppa. yummm!

anybody else drinking this of late?
 
I was tempted.
How's the perception of alcohol? Love the flavors and complexity of manzanilla but often struggle with this, alas.

I didn't find it at all hot. By contrast, I opened, after dinner, a full bottle of Valdespino palo cortado viejo C.P. that I thought was harsh in how the alcohol showed, and not terribly complex in its flavors. I doubt I will find a use for this bottle, but I will try a glass again later this eve to see if it pleases me more.
