2002 Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Premier Cru "La Forest", alc 11.9%....
one of the most complete and enjoyable Chablis in several years...no preMox...stupidly good....validates the 'hype" about 2002 in this isolated case (all wine is only good a bottle at a time)

I see 25-28 brix Chardonnay all over the winery where I work. Gives me the willies.
