Wine for semi-business meeting?

For an evening meeting (7 - 8:30) that is semi-business and semi-social, I would like to take an "interesting bottle of wine" to go with "munchies".

Other attendees will also be wine enthusiasts.

What might be an interesting varietal choice to take?

It depends on whether your meeting is conducted along the "what's wrong with America" or "what's right with America" lines.
If it's the former, serve them a Texier and show them threads from The Other Bored.
 
We'll surely be avoiding talking about what badly needs to change and be trying to stay upbeat.

Unfortunately, I have never seen Texier come into this market place.

How about a sparking Foreau or Huet and talking about how it tastes better than Champagne that costs twice as much?
Plus sparking wine goes well with all kinds of munchies.
 
Thanks for the good suggestions thus far. Only wish my marketplace and savvy could produce those options.

P.S. The SCMV Pinot might be interesting as the bottle has no labels and would thus be served blind (I bought the wine before Jeff had his labels ready).
