Prompted me to open a bottle long (willfully) forgotten. '97 conteisa. Not terrible but so very rootless. A bit of fruit, a bit of earth, a bit of oak, touch of dried rose and sweet leather. I'd have no idea what this was if served blind, a la Zylberberg.
