do you often skip words...the RED burgs- I should not have used the plural burgs but RED is def there.

Jay's other post reminded me to say: The Scherrer did not change much on Day 2, but on Day 4 it was all different... as if someone had poured nebbiolo or gewurtztraminer into it, there were flowers everywhere over the terse, smoky bottom note. Still not well-integrated so maybe I should have waited for Day 6 but that was the end of the bottle.
