Vilmart Cuvee Rubis 2004? (Yixin?)

As far as I can tell through the search function, there are no notes here on this wine. I remember loving it when it first came ashore, but it was clearly in need of cellar time. Has any one had it recently?

(A bottle of '06 over Thanksgiving at Beast in PDX was magnificent; its youth didn't detract from the pleasure it gave, especially with the main course of pheasant.)

Yes (although older demis and foudres) and yes. But I like my rosés old.

Thanks; and, not surprisingly, I agree with your approach to rosés. I have other options for this NYE. There is always that Prevost Fac-Simile stuff. Especially if VLM is going to be able to re-supply me (principles be damned).
