2003 Domaine Robert Chevillon, Nuits-Saint-Georges, "Les Cailles", alc 13.5%...Opened to go with a chutney glazed pork roast....nose is muted and shows a leafy character....palate is muted, not showing much fruit but has a gentle sweetness, finish is a bit short...overall uninspiring...From this overripe year, I expected more....
Not clearly a flawed bottle but not my "cup of tea"....(and I typically like this producer and am a fan of NSG wines in general)
