Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon Oenothèque '96 -- Straw color, rich citrus aromas, elegant, soft yeastiness, round profile, baked bread, some spice and nuttiness and creaminess, uplifting, wonderful focus, exquisite.

Fevre Bougros Cote Bouguerots Chablis Grand Cru '09 -- Light gold, lush bouquet, citrus fruits, maybe some flowers, rich citrus flavors, medium acid, medium complex, food friendly.

Anne Amie Prisme Pinot Noir Blanc '08 -- Light gold, nice nutty bouquet, vanillin and buttery notes in scale, more apple/pear fruits, ample acid, medium body, well balanced, wonderfully alluring.

E Pira Cannubi Barolo '07 -- Moderate red, floral tones complemented by ripe dark fruits, effusive aromas, more power on palate that's finesseful, good acid backbone, prodigy proportions.

Ciacci Pianrosso Brunello di Montalcino Riserva '06 -- Medium red, cherry/berry fruits, a bit closed, some floral and herbaceous notes, medium tannins, oak evident in bouquet and taste.

Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou '05 -- Medium dark red, classic Claret aromas, sweet fruits and flowers, prominent spiciness, customary cedar and dark berries, fine texture, powerful and layered, youthful.

Chateau Rieussec Sauternes 1er Cru Classe '03 -- Deep gold, voluptuous bouquet, orange/apricots/caramel/etc./etc., wonderful nuttiness, medium dense profile, quite rich and luscious.
