1995 Metras Fleurie

I think the last time we had a thread ridiculing old Beaujolais I mentioned coming into some 1995 Fessy Chiroubles (a producer I still know nothing about) that was very much alive. Dried cherry or some such. Distant memory now though I have two bottles left.
