Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf-du-Pape '01 -- Dark red, almost too many scents to mention e.g. dark fruits/black pepper/exotic spices/garrigue/olives/earth/etc./etc., full and layered, ample tannins in the background, lovely lusciousness, nice complexity, briary, clean and beautiful, and so on, will make great old bones.

Served with Crawfish Magnifique, Whole Wheat Noodles, Sugar Snap Peas...
