Banished Burgundy Varietals Tasting. Limestone v. Granite.
Need some advice please:
Setting up a blind tasting of Loire Gamay against Beauj Gamay to try and understand better the play of limestone versus granite here. Looking for producers whose vinification styles could be comparable. Any suggestions here? Thank you very much!
Only found one producer of melon de bourgogne on limestone (Cadette). Please also advise if you have any other info on this. Thank you!
