I'm in Manhattan for the Bowler tasting, which is on the 19th, and am told I'll be pouring on the 18th at Chambers St, if anyone wants to check out most recent stuff. Hope I may see some familiar faces.

Make sure you have dinner at Victoria Seafood at the Sun Hung Kai Center.

Thanks, I'll add it to the list of recommendations. I'm starting to think that Hong Kong is nothing but restaurants. Though everyone always adds the caveat that all the really great chefs moved to Canada.
Recs for things to do other than eat are welcome (and in much shorter supply). We already know about horse racing in Happy Valley on Wednesdays, Hollywood Road for antiques and galleries, the flea market area, the Big Buddha and the water park.

You need a new suit, Jay? World class tailors there, or at least there used to be.

Jay, the Iversons were in HK very recently. You might want to PM Thor for dining suggestions.
