um, everyone knows what to do with three bottles: one for now, one for later, one to keep.

Wrong. One for you, one for me, and one for the road.

Do I decant it?

Is this highly RS-ey? Open the night before? Slow oxygenate? Toss it back and notice the last glass was best?

I need the gathered illumati to share.

Decant. It's intensely sweet, but is balanced. It's one of the components that made up the Cuvee Constance.

It's good you have three bottles given the rate of tca contamination in '89 Huets.

Decant the morning of your dinner, put it back in the bottle and the fridge until you serve.

As the name suggests, it's wine that was from the end of the pressing, so had the most contact with skins & solids. It has more phenolic stuff than the other '89s.

Kinda like pre-hipster orange wine?
