With our 3rd and final T-day for the year
2000 Coudert Clos de la Roilette, alc 13%, $16: Dark and translucent... initially a little garrigue (almost like a CndP)..the bright crisp young fruit of a few years ago has turned dark and introspective...rich, complex, ephemeral... changes with each sip...reminds me of a 5+ yo Burgundy (one made from PN) ...the finish is long soft and satisfying...really sings with the food...at a extremely happy place...WOW
