I like the numerous amazon reviewers who give the lowest rating to a book or cd because they weren't satisfied with amazon's shipping.

They went out of business. The mall location evidently didn't work out too well.

There were other issues, like expensive build out and high fixed costs, business model and strategic errors, staff turnover.

Bruno Arricastres (Wine Without Borders) also managed to escape Asimov's attentions.

Tripadvisor can be a fertile vein for this as well. There is a L'Ambroisie review there that consists mostly of a shocked complaint that the restaurant lacked a "signature martini" rather than the champagne they were offered to begin the meal.

That does sound cozy. Reminds me of low-cost hotels in China 15 years ago where I slept fully clothed and with my shoes on to minimize skin contact with the surroundings. But there was more space. Real estate was cheaper.
