You might cry gimmick, but I know a certain red-haired football enthusiast who has some of Madame "Savanna Samson" Oliveros's wines, kept at perfect temperature and humidity beneath a market in the Chelsea area of Manhattan.

Also, that lady is married to some kind of wine merchant who is enmeshed in tales of scandal involving counterfeits and such.

They missed a lot of Celebrity wineries.

Maynard Keenan is probably the most serious.

Best celebrity wine I have had is Il Cantante from Mick Hucknall.

I have always wanted to try Les Claypool's wine.

I tasted some of his wines out in Arizona in early 2008. I don't think they'd been producing wine for very long. I don't recall enough to comment on the wines at this point.
