I've had a couple of bottles of Frozza - think it was Brut, but don't recall for sure - and it was crisp, refreshing Prosecco. If it was more readily available to me, I'd keep a couple of bottles on hand as a nice, inexpensive sparkler. If I recall correctly, this used to go for around $12.

Don't know the Donati, but I will look for it.
 
I've always liked Domaine de la Senechaliere, "Chapeau Melon". This could be classified as a sparkling Muscadet. I believe it is now sealed by a bottle cap - used to be a cork. On the Rose front,Jean-Pierre Robinot (L'Opera des Vins)Les Annees Folles. This is a sparkling Pineau d'Aunis and is fantastic.

large producer, but i enjoyed the co-op sieur d'arques blanquette de limoux (l'exception d'aimery, nv) thoroughly last week. benefits from a bit of air, fine bead, no flab and no green appletizer flavors either. hard to beat the price.
