Bourgogne in June - I'm screwed

We're traveling to Burgundy from June 1 - 9. A bunch of cool friends (most of whom are on here) have made us firm producer visits in Chablis and Beaujolais, but Burgundy-proper is tough.

Any advice? We have loose visits scheduled at Comtes-Lafon, Pacalet, Sarnin Berrux, and Maison Ilan. Oh, and it's sort of a work trip. I designed this thing: http://www.delongwine.com/metro-france-wine-map.php and am working on possible future projects. Thanks!
