Never developed much nose over the three hours it was decanted; has some secondary mushroom/earth flavors along with solid dark fruit; good grip which softens some with air, good balance and density, but foursquare with no real complexity.
With pork schnitzel and potatoes, much more engaging.

The last of a case; not the best of them but not the worst either.

Wait a minute: wasn't there a discussion about the 02's not being quite ready and here you guys are guzzling down the 09 like it's Evian? Mine are in slumber mode...
