The real event was when the restrictions on the first 2 weeks in June were lifted to allow Eden and myself to be considered co-celebrants.

This is just Jeff's way of getting me to open Coche-Dury Corton-Charlemagne next time in the cellar. He's taken up such tactics after his recent vacation in Russia, unsurprisingly.

On second thought I really don't have to diss Pinot Noir. Sasha still owes me for the 83 Chave I brought to SF Joe's a couple of years ago. I will return in October, so mark it down Sasha. Maybe we can put the arm on SF Joe I'll bring another 83 Chave and a 82 Mouton. Someone should be willing to host those wines with some edible food.
