BTW Alice, I really doubt that Chauvet ever bottled a no sulfur Morgon... To my knowledge the only wine that he bottled without sulfur on regular bases was the nouveau.

I appreciate being left out of the water boarding. Eric, never indicated Chauvet bottled unsulfured, just going on Neauport's reportage. (and of course yours too)
