The 2010 was also quite good. Served too warm at first (my bad, I didn't spend time looking for the hotel fridge until a half hour before dinner) the wine showed a bit of heat. After it cooled down it still had the meatiness of the '09, a little more structured, a bit less rich but similar quality.
Perfect match for the fantastic duck hearts (or were they chicken? Bob?) at Tei-An.
