He's offering some 2002 Collier Blanc and Rouge. I ordered some after praying to TFSM for leniency from the premox demons.

Any notes on the rouge from anyone with experience? I got a 3-pack regardless, just curious!!

My only experience is with the 2005 Blanc which Crush had 5? years ago or so and which I liked very much.

This was my first order from Lyle's venture, despite my (largely hypothetical) wine buying hiatus I couldn't resist.

The bottle I tasted was NOT pre-moxed. Stunning. But I understand everyone's fears. The last '02 Loire white I had before this was '02 L' d'Or and it was fresh, before that Huet 2002 Haut Lieu Sec and that was a little pre-moxed and then underwent a crazy transformation and became youthful and fresh, so, hopefully Bacchus works in our favor.

These wines are good, I found them oakier than Rougeard, but not enough to bother me.

If I wasn't broke, I would have probably picked up a 3-pack.

Second bottle was very interesting.

Certainly advanced/mature but by no means dead. Rich and honeyed and complex. Somewhat oxidative but not not nearly so much as the deep golden color led me to fear. Delicious.

I'd be happy if the rest of my bottles are like this though I certainly won't be aiming to age further.
